The German cult brand Detail Passion produces its highly plush Hawk Edgeless polishing cloth under strict quality management in South Korea. The cloth is made from 100% Korean split microfiber with an ultra-soft blend of 70% polyester and 30% polyamides. This blend guarantees absolute scratch-free safety even on very delicate solid paints and soft clear coats after high-gloss finishing polishing.

The Detail Passion team's goal in finding the perfect fiber for working with detailers, spray sealants, and waxes was very high. It's no surprise that they took nearly a whole year. After extensive testing on different paint panels, including solid paints, paint without clear coat, and matte paints as well as foils, the framework parameters were determined. Countless quality assurance tests with several test deliveries and prototypes followed. The result was available in mid-2019 with Hawk Edgeless, which has since gained increasing popularity in the car care scene. Initially available in sky blue, Hawk Edgeless is now also available in appealing sea blue with a multi-color effect.

Hawk Edgeless is available in the classic size of 40x40cm or as Baby Hawk Edgeless in 20x20cm. Hawk Edgeless is suitable for removing and polishing detailers, waxes, high-gloss polishes, and sealants. It can be used on paint, chrome, glass, piano lacquer, carbon, GRP, and gel coats. Hawk Edgeless is particularly suitable for waterless or low-water washing. Hawk Edgeless is individually packaged in a resealable plastic bag with washing instructions. Hawk Edgeless is cut by ultrasound and is therefore free of hard edges. For washing, we recommend P&S Rags2Riches or comparable microfiber detergents; regular liquid detergents without fabric softener are also suitable.

Bead Maker was co-developed by US detailing guru Renny Doyle under the DoubleBlack Collection label.
