If a RUPES polisher or any other RUPES electrical device purchased from us is defective, we recommend sending the machine directly to the RUPES warranty center. This is the fastest way to resolve a defect or warranty issue. Alternatively, the machine can also be sent to us.

Defective machines should be sent with an invoice, serial number, and a description of the defect. If the serial number is not listed on the invoice, we can provide a corresponding invoice copy with the serial number, as we have been storing this information in our system since July 2020. Simply send us a short email with the invoice number.
