Strictly speaking, this is not a completely waterless wash, as ONR V6 is diluted with water – but considerably less water is used than with conventional vehicle washing. This rinseless method is ideal for lightly to moderately soiled vehicles. Heavy dirt should be removed beforehand, for example in a self-service wash bay. The vehicle can then be washed in the garage with ONR V6 without rinsing. ONR V6 is mixed with water, ideally demineralized water, to create a wash solution. This solution contains specially developed polymers that loosen and encapsulate dirt, allowing it to be safely removed with microfiber towels without damaging the paintwork. Systematic rinse-free car washing – how it works The process consists of two phases: First, the ONR solution is applied evenly with the sprayer to prepare the dirt. The microfiber towels soaked in the solution are then moved section by section across the paintwork. Each towel is folded several times so that each side is used only once. With five towels, this allows around 40 clean wiping passes – effective, paint-friendly and without a water connection. Why ONR V6? Modern polishes, cutting compounds, and dual-action polishers make it easier to remove scratches. Depending on the type of defect, we distinguish between swirls (micro-scratches from automatic washes or improper hand washing), deeper scratches, and holograms.
