The easiest and fastest way is to send your FLEX machine directly to the FLEX Repair Center in Steinheim. You can generate a free DPD return label from FLEX and drop off the well-packaged machine at the nearest DPD parcel shop. Alternatively, you can arrange for the machine to be picked up, though this may take a bit longer. You can also drop off your FLEX tool at our Detailing Store, and we will send it in for you.
