Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra is the most durable ceramic coating, available only for Accredited Detailers. This product comes with a 9-year warranty. Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra delivers an extreme deep gloss. It features a hybrid coating that builds a flexible 7H layer and an ultra-hard 10H layer in a single application. Crystal Serum Ultra should not be layered. To further reduce the risk of water spotting and enhance dirt repellent properties, Crystal Serum Ultra – known as CSU – can be enhanced with EXOv5 as a topping.
Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra: The Highly Durable Ceramic Coating
CSU is extremely scratch resistant against wash scratches and other stresses. CSU is officially resistant to chemicals from pH 2 to pH 13, practical tests show that short-term exposure to pH 1 to pH 14 does not negatively impact the coating. Crystal Serum Ultra cannot be compared with conventional resin-based ceramic coatings because its hydrophobic properties are not based on microstructures, making the product very smooth and superior in dirt repellency due to the combination of water beading and dirt resistance.
Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra: Your Ceramic Protection Layer for Years
To maintain the advantages of Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra over the years, we recommend regular decontamination of the coating and hand washing. Every 3,000 to 6,000 kilometers, the vehicle should be washed in a wash box with iron remover, alkaline pre-cleaner, acidic shampoo, or acidic cleaner to remove adhered contaminants that may harm the ceramic coating. If the vehicle is often taken to an automatic car wash, it is advisable to apply EXOv5 annually to retain its dirt and water repellency.
