The DP Pro Therminator polishing pad by Detail Passion embraces the trend of thermally stable or thermoresistant polishing pads, while integrating unique ideas. The benefits of thermally stable polishing pads are clear. They ensure consistent control over paint and clear coat removal throughout the polishing process, as the foam retains its compressive hardness despite heat exposure. This allows maintaining pressure even at higher RPMs without a drop in cutting performance. Additionally, the cellular structure is preserved, leading to optimal cooling and minimizing compression. Based on experience with extremely fast heavy cut polishes like 3D Car Care 510 and the versatile 3D One Hybrid, Detail Passion has incorporated special properties into the polishing foam.

Super Heavy Cut to Finish: DP Pro Therminator Polishing Pads for Rotary and Random Orbital Use

Unlike other polishing pads made from thermally stable foam, the composition of the DP Pro Therminator places special emphasis on cellular structure and polish distribution. Despite the benefits of conventional thermal pads, their cellular structure can sometimes lead to uneven or insufficient distribution of polish during initial application or spreading. This can quickly result in unwanted dry polishing, particularly with medium-hard pads. DP Pro Therminators are optimized for large orbitals like the Rupes LHR15, ShineMate EX620, Makita POC, and Flex XFE, delivering either impressively fast material removal or a high-gloss finish depending on your choice. DP Pro Therminator polishing pads can also be complemented with Heavy Cut polishing pads made of Hybrid Wool or Microfiber, or used as a standalone solution.

Fantastische Pads

Ich habe mir einmal die komplette Range in 75er Pads bestellt, alle laufen hervorragend und sind besser als die doch eher unausgereiften Thermopads des Herstellers mit den bunten Farben. Besonders das orangene und das weinrote sind im Alltagseinsatz nicht mehr wegzudenken. Super Arbeit, Jungs!
