The RUPES iBrid Nano Mark II is the next evolutionary step in compact battery mini polishers – noticeably more powerful, versatile, and even more intuitive to handle. The core feature is the exclusive SmartFix quick-change system, allowing you to attach and detach function units in seconds. Combined with the new gear reduction system, the Nano II achieves a consistently high torque of up to 2,000 RPM even with a Ø50 mm backing plate in rotary mode. The result: maximum control, especially in tight spaces – around emblems, edges, in grooves, around door handles, on rims, or on complexly shaped components.
The machine excels in areas where precision is key: in spot repair, local defect correction, on motorcycles, or during demanding detailing jobs inside and outside. The included functional unit with a Ø12 mm orbit provides a very fine, low-vibration finish, while quickly switching to rotary operation allows for high material removal on the smallest surfaces. This enables targeted and material-saving removal of scratches, holograms, and sanding marks.

This makes the machine ready for precise correction work and high-quality finishing passes right out of the box. For defect correction, it is recommended to start with a medium polish and matching pad, then switch to a fine polish or high-gloss polish for a perfect finish. Sensitive edges should be taped off beforehand and worked with moderate pressure and low speed.
Compared to the previous generation, the iBrid Nano II offers noticeably more torque and finesse, the SmartFix quick-change system for an even smoother workflow, and a more stable output in rotary mode – even with the larger 50 mm pad.
