The NORDIC Pro Coatings Graphene 60 Ceramic Coating Set is a state-of-the-art ceramic sealant featuring graphene technology, specifically designed for professional vehicle detailers. After offering the coating as a free trial to numerous professionals and detailers since February, the final version is now available – either as a 30ml or 50ml set including suede applicator and protective gloves.

This coating provides an impressive combination of ease of application, chemical resistance, and long-lasting protection. Particularly noteworthy is the single-layer application, which allows for a uniform seal with maximum depth and shine. Even though we typically approach graphene additives in coatings with caution, we have been thoroughly convinced by the performance of this sealant in practice.

The NORDIC Pro Coatings Graphene 60 Ceramic Coating Set is a versatile coating for paint, glass, and plastic, and also excels in wheel sealing. Before application, the surface to be coated should be thoroughly cleaned and degreased. Paint defects such as scratches or dull spots should be polished out to achieve optimal results. Good working light makes even application easier. The ideal application temperature is between 10 and 25 degrees Celsius. The coating is applied part by part using the included suede applicator. For the initial wetting of the applicator, about 10 to 12 drops are sufficient. The coating is applied using a cross-hatch method to ensure even distribution. After an open time of 2 to 8 minutes, the coating is polished off with a fresh, clean microfiber cloth. The surface should then be inspected with a paint inspection light to identify any residues, which should be removed with a second cloth if necessary. Saturated cloths should be replaced regularly to ensure a clean finish. After application, the coating requires a minimum of 12 hours curing time before coming into contact with water or rain. A first chemical hand wash should be performed no earlier than seven days after application to ensure full protective performance. Matte paint and other non-polishable surfaces should be checked for material compatibility and visual changes in inconspicuous areas. However, negative effects are not known. Beim Waschen unschlagbar

Ich wurde gefragt, wie zufrieden ich bin: Beim Trocknen wirkt die Oberfläche etwas stumpf, aber beim Waschen zeigt sich, was wirklich drinsteckt. Glanz und Beading sind richtig gut.

"Ceramic Buff Splitted" by "Detail Passion" is a specialized version of the Ceramic Buff cloth series. It is made with a highly absorbent terry fiber and features an ultrasonic cut edge. This cloth is specifically designed for polishing and removing excess from oily ceramic sealants and toppings. As the performance of the base layer in dual-layer ceramic coatings like Gtechniq Crystal Serum increases, the removal and polishing of toppings can become time-consuming and challenging. This is due to the base layer causing a "sweating reaction" or bead formation of the solvent, which must be completely removed and polished for a crystal-clear paint finish.
