Optimized Protection and Easy Application

The graphene sealant not only offers easy application but also maximum resistance to chemical influences. Thanks to the pronounced lotus effect, water, dirt, and environmental influences are reliably repelled. The resulting deep gloss gives the paint a mirror-like finish that maintains its brilliance over time.

Effective Protection Against Water and Lime Stains

A common problem with many highly hydrophobic ceramic coatings is their susceptibility to water stains – especially in heat and direct sunlight. NORDIC Pro Coatings has specifically addressed this weakness with GRAPHENE [60]. The special formulation not only provides impressive water repellency but actively prevents the formation of water and lime stains. Even under extreme conditions, these stains do not become permanently ingrained. Should residues occur in exceptional situations, they can be easily and residue-free removed without damaging the coating.

Notably, the variety of materials on which GRAPHENE [60] can be applied is impressive: Apart from vehicle paints, matte surfaces, plastic parts, carbon, wheels, and unpainted plastic components can be reliably protected – and that with just one layer. The long-lasting effect of the sealant remains stable for many years with proper care and protects the vehicle reliably for up to 100,000 kilometers.

Each packaging of GRAPHENE [60] includes registration stickers that can be discreetly placed in the door frame. This keeps track of the applied sealing and makes it traceable at any time during vehicle turnover or resealing.

GRAPHENE [60] is exclusively available for commercial users. For private use, NORDIC Pro Coatings has already announced GRAPHENE [GX] – a user-friendly ceramic sealant specially designed for private users.

Differences Between NORDIC Pro Coatings GRAPHENE [60] and GRAPHENE [GX]

• Target Group: GRAPHENE [60] is intended solely for commercial users. GRAPHENE [GX] was specifically developed for private users, enthusiasts, and freelancers.
• Durability: GRAPHENE [60] offers a lifespan of up to 5 years or 100,000 km with proper care. GRAPHENE [GX] lasts up to 3 years or 60,000 km.
• Hydrophobicity: GRAPHENE [60] has a higher water contact angle (WCA) resulting in lower surface energy and is therefore slightly less hydrophobic than GRAPHENE [GX].
• Paint Smoothness: Both variants are comparable in terms of cleaning ability and dirt adhesion. However, GRAPHENE [GX] provides a subjectively smoother feel to the surface perception.
• Matte Paint Compatibility: GRAPHENE [60] can be applied on matte paints and matte foils (pre-testing recommended). GRAPHENE [GX] is not suitable for matte surfaces.
