The NORDIC Pro Coatings Graphene 60 Ceramic Coating Set is a state-of-the-art ceramic sealant with graphene technology, specifically designed for professional detailers. After being provided as a free trial version to a variety of professionals since February, the final version is now available – offered as a 30ml or 50ml set including suede applicator and protective gloves.

This coating offers an impressive combination of user-friendliness, chemical resistance, and long-lasting protection. Notably, the one-layer application allows for an even seal with maximum depth shine. Even though we generally approach graphene additives in coatings with skepticism, the performance of this sealant has thoroughly convinced us in practice.

The NORDIC Pro Coatings Graphene 60 Ceramic Coating Set is a versatile coating for paint, glass, and plastic, and is also excellent for wheel sealing. Before application, thoroughly clean and degrease the surface to be coated. Paint defects like scratches or dull spots should be removed by polishing for optimal results. Good working lights facilitate uniform application. The ideal application temperature is between 10 and 25 degrees Celsius. The coating is applied panel by panel, using the included suede applicator. Approximately 10 to 12 drops are sufficient for the initial wetting of the applicator. The coating is applied in a cross-hatch pattern for even distribution. After an open time of 2 to 8 minutes, the coating is polished off with a fresh, clean microfiber cloth. Afterwards, the area should be inspected with a paint inspection light to spot any residues and remove them with a second cloth if necessary. Saturated cloths should be regularly changed to ensure a clean finish. After application, the coating requires at least 12 hours of curing time before coming into contact with water or rain. A first chemical hand wash should not occur earlier than seven days afterward to ensure full protective effect. Matte paints and other non-polishable surfaces should be tested for material compatibility and visual changes in an inconspicuous area. However, negative effects are generally not known. Beim Waschen unschlagbar

Ich wurde gefragt, wie zufrieden ich bin: Beim Trocknen wirkt die Oberfläche etwas stumpf, aber beim Waschen zeigt sich, was wirklich drinsteckt. Glanz und Beading sind richtig gut.

"Ceramic Buff Splitted" by "Detail Passion" is a specialized version of the Ceramic Buff cloth series. It is made with a highly absorbent terry fiber and features an ultrasonic cut edge. This cloth is specifically designed for polishing and removing excess from oily ceramic sealants and toppings. As the performance of the base layer in dual-layer ceramic coatings like Gtechniq Crystal Serum increases, the removal and polishing of toppings can become time-consuming and challenging. This is due to the base layer causing a "sweating reaction" or bead formation of the solvent, which must be completely removed and polished for a crystal-clear paint finish.
