NORDIC Pro Coatings has specifically addressed this weakness with GRAPHENE [60]. The unique formulation not only provides impressive water repellency but actively prevents the formation of water and mineral spots. Even under extreme conditions, these do not become permanently etched. Should any residues occur in exceptional situations, they can be easily and residue-free removed without damaging the coating.

Notably, GRAPHENE [60] can be applied to a variety of materials: in addition to vehicle paints, it reliably protects matte surfaces, plastic parts, carbon, rims, and unpainted plastic components – all with just one layer. The long-term effect of the coating remains stable for many years with appropriate care, reliably protecting the vehicle for up to 100,000 kilometers.

• Durability: GRAPHENE [60] offers up to 5 years or 100,000 km with proper care. GRAPHENE [GX] achieves up to 3 years or 60,000 km.
• Hydrophobicity: GRAPHENE [60] has a higher water contact angle (WCA), leading to lower surface energy, making it less hydrophobic than GRAPHENE [GX].
• Paint Smoothness: Both variants are comparable in terms of cleanliness and dirt adhesion. However, GRAPHENE [GX] provides a subjectively smoother feel on the surface.
• Matte Paint Compatibility: GRAPHENE [60] can be applied to matte paints and films (previous testing recommended). GRAPHENE [GX] is not suitable for matte surfaces.
