Lake Country Padwasher System 4000™: Pre-Information on Availability
The System 4000™ from Lake Country is a revolutionary polishing pad cleaning system. Unlike other systems, the cleaning of polishing pads can be carried out directly with the polisher in hand. This prevents polishing residue from drying and optimizes workflow. The patented Pure Flo technology is a closed-loop cleaning system. The user controls how much cleaning liquid flows into the system by pressing the pump. With the System 4000™ pad cleaner, polishing pads are cleaned faster, more thoroughly, and more gently than ever imagined.
Two water chambers for flushing foam, microfiber, hybrid fiber, and wool pads
The cleaning system consists of two separate chambers for clean and used water. Fresh cleaning water is drawn from the lower section, optionally mixed with "Snappy Clean Booster" or other pad cleaning agents. The upper chamber holds the already used dirty water. The user-controlled water flow makes the system efficient, economical, and environmentally friendly. For less dirty pads, the cleaning water in the upper chamber can be reused multiple times. Depending on the type of pad or level of contamination, the user decides how often to reuse the water.
Easy cleaning of polishing pads with rotary, forced rotation, or dual-action polishers
To start, simply remove the wastewater collection tray from the cleaning system, fill the cleaning tray with water and cleaning agent, and reinsert the collection tray. At low speed, the dirty pad can now be cleaned directly with the polisher. The water amount is controlled by pressing on the washing chamber. Once the pad is sufficiently cleaned, the polisher is lifted, and the water is spun out of the pad or sponge by increasing the speed. The holder of the collection tray is designed to ensure that the spun-out water lands back in the collection tray.

Two modes: Standard and closed-loop cleaning cycle
The system supports two modes. To reuse the cleaning solution, the appropriate screws on the collection tray can be removed. If the cleaning cycle is not intended for reuse, the screws remain closed or inserted. These modes are also explained in the video.
Lake Country Pad Washer 4000 vs. Lake Country Pad Washer 3000
The Pad Washer 4000 is a direct advancement of its predecessor, the 3000. Unlike the 3000, it no longer requires filter inserts, and the splash guard has been replaced. Residue separation is now managed differently, and the splash guard is rendered unnecessary by a taller edge and the yellow edge cover. These changes, along with an improved pump, make the system more robust and easier to use.

In our opinion, the Pad Washer System 4000™ is most effective when pads are cleaned immediately after use. For professional use, we recommend always keeping the cleaning system ready. While all-purpose cleaners (APCs) can be used, cleaning is more reliable with specialized cleaners from Lake Country or Wolfgang. Perfekter Padwasher
Bei mir nahezu täglich im Einsatz. Gegen Wegrutschen bei glattem Boden ist es sinnvoll, Gumminoppen oder eine Matte unterzulegen. Granulat laut Aussage von Stephan das gleich wie das von Detailing Products. Also wer mehr braucht, nimmt gleich das von DP.

Toller Washer
Nach verunglückten Versuchen mit den Washern von anderen Herstellern, hatte ich schon die Hoffnung verloren, in diesem Segment was brauchbares zu finden. Dieser Pad Washer funktioniert jedoch einwandfrei. Ggfs. Gummimatte unterlegen, damit der Washer sich samt Eimer nicht dreht.

Sehr ausgereiftes System
Wir nutzen das System jetzt seit einigen Wochen und wollten schon den 2. kaufen. Die Pads sind zwar nicht immer direkt trocken, trotzdem hat es sich bei uns voll und ganz bezahlt gemacht.

Super Teil, es geht schnell und gründlich man muss auch keine Angst mehr haben die halle voller Staub zu haben, weil man sie mit Druckluft ausgeblasen hat oder ein Aufhängen, weil man sie mit dem HD gereinigt hat gibts nicht mehr die Pads sind sofort wieder einsatzfähig ganz klare Kaufempfehlung
