Application and Features of the Tesla Touch-Up Paint Set

The touch-up paint set is specially designed for precision repairs of paint damage on Tesla vehicles. The high-quality NEXA Color paints in OEM quality allow for an exact replication of the original Tesla paint structure. Depending on the color code, this consists of Base Paint, optional Glaze, and subsequent Clear Coat. Thanks to the numbered bottles, the sequence is clearly defined, allowing for a paint structure exactly as with Tesla. Processing should ideally occur at 15–25 °C. It is advisable to check the color tone on an inconspicuous spot before application.

Step-by-Step Guide

  • Prepare vehicle surface dry, clean, and grease-free. Clean with silicone remover if necessary.
  • Shake bottles vigorously before use until the mixing ball inside is audible.
  • 1. Base Paint: Dab the damaged area lightly and apply multiple layers as needed. Maintain sufficient drying time between layers.
  • 2. Glaze (optional depending on color code): Apply in the same way after complete drying of the base paint. Multiple thin layers are possible.
  • 3. Clear Coat: Apply after the base paint (and optionally glaze) has dried to seal the area and create gloss. Maintain at least one hour drying time of the base paint before application.
  • For a perfect result, use the paints only on properly prepared, clean surfaces.

This touch-up paint set enables professional repairs in just a few minutes. Perfectly suitable for Tesla models with base, glaze, or clear coat structure. Thanks to the numbered color layers and micro applicators, a precise and clean result can be easily achieved.
