The touch-up paint set is specifically designed for precise repairs of paint damage on Tesla vehicles. Depending on the color code, this consists of base coat, optional glaze, and subsequent clear coat. Thanks to the numbered bottles, the process is clearly defined, ensuring that the paint application follows Tesla's methodology. Ideally, the application should be carried out at 15–25 °C. A color tone check on an inconspicuous area is recommended before application.

Step-by-Step Instructions

• Prepare the vehicle surface dry, clean, and grease-free. If necessary, clean with silicone remover.
• Shake the bottles vigorously before use until the mixing ball inside is audible.
• 1. Base Coat: Dab the damaged area lightly and apply multiple layers as needed. Maintain adequate drying time between layers.
• 2. Glaze (optional depending on color code): Apply in the same manner after the base coat has completely dried. Multiple thin layers are possible.
• 3. Clear Coat: Apply after the base coat (and possibly glaze) has dried, to seal the surface and achieve gloss. Ensure at least one hour of drying time for the base coat before application.
• For a perfect result, use the paints only on properly prepared, clean surfaces.
