When scratches, dust inclusions, or other paint defects need to be removed, the Tolecut dry sanding system from Kovax is the professional choice. The simple Double Finger Pad disc holder was designed for sanding media from P800 to P3000 and is intended for the appropriate sanding mediums. The Double Finger Pad allows for safe processing of even complex areas. The sanding media can easily be adhered. Due to the cushioning of the pad, a finer sanding pattern is achieved compared to the Tole block. Depending on the choice of sanding medium, different work steps are required. Scratches can be broken with the pink Tolecut P1500 against the direction of the grain, and with the green Tolecut P2000 with the grain, sanding marks can be reduced to a minimum.

Effectively Correct Paint Defects with a 31mm Diameter

The Kovax Tolecut sanding discs extend 2mm over the edges of the Double Finger Pad when applied exactly centered, securely covering the edges. Thus, sanding can also be done with pressure over the edges. The Double Finger Pad provides a good material feel for hand sanding, allowing even novice car care enthusiasts to effectively address scratches in no time.
