Gtechniq Leather Guard AB L1 creates a durable, abrasion-resistant, matte protective layer that offers the best defense against wear, UV rays, and various types of discoloration.

With the additional Biocote® technology, 99% of all bacteria on the surface are killed. It is therefore ideal for protecting drivers and passengers in the car from germs.

The abrasion protection is especially useful for seats and interior areas exposed to high wear. The discoloration and staining protection is particularly important for light leather, which is typically stained by dark fabrics like jeans.

Many leather care products are marketed with the claim that they rejuvenate leather and have a re-fatting effect. This re-fatting property is often unnecessary. Modern automotive leather uses synthetic fat substances that cannot evaporate or decompose. Care products that have a re-fatting effect are not absorbed by modern upholstery leather but remain on the surface, attracting dirt. This dirt acts as an abrasive on the surface and can cause damage. Such risks do not exist with Leather Guard AB L1, as it works with a modern polymer formulation and effectively repels dirt.
